إجابه: I can’t anwer for sure...I haven’t queried the company. For me personally, I’m very, very sensitive to garlic, but for some reason these don’t bother me at all. I was concerned about it, too. Maybe the amount is extremely minuscule—or the processing removes the FODMAPs? I’m sure if you contact Stellar, they can give you more info. My nutritionist recommended that I discontinue my previous vitamin supplement due to a non-FODMAP issue, so I thought I’d give these a try and they seem to be working well for me.

In spite of containing garlic, these vitamins are certified FODMAP safe and do not cause digestion-related issues for most people. The capsule is easy to swallow, and it doesn't contain iron and folate. It contains traces of green tea but no caffeine. Users over 60 and with IBS have found these vitamins to be effective. However, the taste may not be appealing to everyone.
