Microplane Editorial Review
Microplane Rotating Grater - Black Photo Etched Razor Sharp Fine Blade - Made In USA offers an exceptional grating experience, particularly praised for its ability to finely grate hard cheeses like Parmesan with ease. Users have noted that it requires less pressure compared to other graters, leading to perfect results every time. Clean-up is straightforward, although some users have found that wet ingredients such as ginger and turmeric can get stuck in the drum, necessitating the use of a small spatula for removal. The stainless steel design ensures longevity, but some reviews mention that the plastic housing could feel less durable than expected for its price point.
