The Scanner Bin does not have any lighting inside, and the user may need to enlarge the hole on the top of the box to accommodate the flash of their phone. However, two strips are provided to align the camera, which may not be adequate for some users. Users can purchase and mount small LED lights inside the box to improve the lighting quality and reduce glare. The base of the Scanner Bin is 9.5in wide and 14in long, and it is suitable for most smartphone cameras.
