My ignition switch broke in half because of age would it kill all Power trim as well?
Answer: When my switch is in the off position my trim still works. There fore the trim is independent of the switch as far as I can determine. -

Answer: Yes I think so. My Merc is fuel injected so I don’t ever choke it but the key does appear to press in to choke. -

Answer: Yes, it’s a push to choke switch and will fit your motor. -

Answer: I do not know. My best advice is to go to the Mercury website and check. -

Answer: I can't say positively but I'm guessing it will work. It seemed universal for the Merc 4 stroke. I used it for my 40hp 4 stroke and it was wire for wire replacement. -

Answer: Boat style has nothing to do with whether or not the switch will work on it. Pertains to year and make of engine only. -

Answer: The indicated switch worked for my 40 hp 4-stroke Mercury engine.
