Stanley Fatmax Folding Chisel
The Stanley Fatmax Folding Chisel has received mixed reviews from customers. On the positive side, users like its solid Construction, sharp blade, and compact design. It is Considered useful for quick woodwork tasks and is appreciated for taking up minimal space in a pocket or toolbox. Some users have even modified it with a rubber band to prevent accidental opening. The blade is also noted for its durability and sharpness. However, there are several negative points mentioned. The handle design is criticized for not allowing the blade to close flush, resulting in a protruding blade that can cause injuries. Additionally, the plastic interlocking teeth for securing the blade are reported to be flimsy, with instances of the blade bending during use. Some customers have expressed disappointment in the overall quality, citing issues with damaged blades and ill-fitting handles. In conclusion, customer sentiment regarding the Stanley Fatmax Folding Chisel is polarized due to its mix of positive and negative attributes. While some appreciate its sharp blade and compact design, others have experienced quality and safety issues. Stanley may need to address these concerns in future iterations of the product to improve its functionality and safety.
